Honorary Director, Koji Gushiken（名誉ディレクター、具志堅幸司）
Koji Gushiken is the 12th president of NSSU and honorary director of NCDA. He has been working for NSSU since 1985. As an artistic gymnastic player, he won two gold medals at all around and rings, one silver medal at horse vault, and two bronze medals at horizontal bar and teams in 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angels. He coached Japan National Team in 2008 Beijing Olympics.
具志堅幸司は、第１２代日本体育大学学長であり、NCDAのディレクターを長年務めた。日本体育大学には1985年より勤めている。体操競技の選手として、1984年ロサンゼルスオリンピックにて、個人総合とつり輪において２つの金メダル、跳馬において１つの銀メダル、鉄棒と団体総合において２つの銅メダルを獲得している。また、2008年北京オリンピックでは日本代表監督を務めた。
Director, Masamitsu Ito（ディレクター、伊藤雅充）
Masamitsu Ito is a professor in sports coaching at Nippon Sport Science University in Japan. He is also the director of NSSU Centre for Coaching Excellence and the director of NSSU Coach Developer Academy (NCDA). He is a member of the research committee of the International Council for Coaching Excellence and a first vice president of the Asian Association of Coaching Science. He completed his Ph.D. work in Biomechanics at University of Tokyo, then moved to NSSU, where he devoted to creating Master’s and Ph.D. programs in sports coaching. One of his contributions to the world of coaching practice is the creation of NCDA (http://www.ncda.tokyo) which offers unique professional development opportunities to whom supporting coaches to learn around the world. He has been deeply involved in the reform of Japanese coaching qualification system and leading discussions around quality coach development in Japan. At the same time, he run a Japanese government funded program to support para-athlete and coach development and creation/capacity-building of national Paralympic committees in developing countries.
伊藤雅充は、日本体育大学で教授を務めている（専門はスポーツコーチング）。日本体育大学コーチングエクセレンスセンターのセンター長および日本体育大学コーチデベロッパーアカデミー（NCDA）副ディレクターも務めている。また、国際コーチングエクセレンス評議会の研究委員会のメンバーであり、アジアコーチング科学協会の第一副会長でもある。東京大学でバイオメカニクス分野で博士号を取得後、日本体育大学に赴任し、スポーツコーチングの修士および博士課程のプログラムの設立に関わった。日本体育大学ではNCDAの設立に尽力し、そのNCDAは現在世界のさまざまな国々でコーチの学びを支援する人々（コーチデベロッパー）に専門分野での成長の機会を提供している。また、日本のコーチ資格制度の改定および日本のコーチ育成に深く関わってきた。また、スポーツ庁より委託を受けたパラアスリートおよびコーチ育成を支援し、発展途上国の国内パラリンピック委員会の設立を支援するプロジェクト（NEPP）を進めた。

Deputy Director, John Bales（副ディレクター、ジョン・ベールズ）
John Bales has been the volunteer President of the ICCE since 2005, where he has worked to create a deep and powerful foundation for coaching development around the world. He was CEO for the Coaching Association of Canada for 17 years, the founding director of the National Coaching Institute Calgary and a former Canadian national and Olympic coach in sprint canoeing. John contributed to the initial planning of the NCDA and now serves as a Deputy Director.
ジョン・ベールズは、2005年より国際コーチングエクセレンス評議会（International Council for Coaching Excellence）の会長を務めている。そのなかでは、世界中のコーチ育成に対して深く強固な基礎を作り上げるために尽力してきた。カナダコーチング協会の会長も17年間務め、そのほかにも国立カルガリー・コーチング研究所の初代ディレクターや、オリンピックのスプリントカヌーのカナダ代表チームコーチなどを歴任している。日本体育大学コーチデベロッパーアカデミー（NCDA）では設立にあたり立案や企画において多大なる貢献を果たし、現在は副ディレクターを務めている。
Research Fellow, Shigeki Sarodo（研究員、佐良土茂樹）
Shigeki Sarodo, Ph. D., is an Associate Professor at Nippon Sport Science University (NSSU), Tokyo, Japan. He has been working for NSSU Coach Developer Academy (NCDA) since 2016. He also serves as coach trainer for Japan Sport Association (JSPO), a member of the working group for coach development in Japan Basketball Association (JBA), and a coach developer in NSSU basketball team Lions. He completed his Ph.D. work in philosophy at Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan. He translated the books of prominent basketball coaches, such as Mike Krzyzewski, Phil Jackson, and the others, into Japanese. He focuses on the research on the coaching philosophy, happiness of coaches, and the practical wisdom (phronesis) of coaches.
佐良土茂樹は、日本体育大学体育学部准教授を務めている。日本体育大学コーチデベロッパーアカデミーでは2016年4月より勤務している。また、日本スポーツ協会（JSPO）のコーチトレーナーや日本バスケットボール協会（JBA）の技術委員会指導者養成部会のワーキンググループメンバーを務めており、日本体育大学バスケットボール部でコーチデベロッパーも務めている。上智大学にて博士（哲学）の学位を取得している。さらに、現在はコーチング哲学、コーチの幸福、コーチの思慮（フロネーシス）について研究を行っている。また、マイク・シャシェフスキーやフィル・ジャクソンなど、著名なバスケットボールコーチの翻訳書も刊行している。

Research Fellow, Sharly Natsu Yazaki（研究員、矢崎シャーリー夏）
Sharly Natsu Yazaki, M.Sc., is an Assistant Professor at Nippon Sport Science University (NSSU) in Tokyo, Japan. She graduated from São Paulo State University in Brazil with a degree in Physical Education and earned her M.Sc. in Sport Coaching from NSSU. Since 2018, she has been involved with the NSSU Coach Developer Academy (NCDA), completing the NCDA 2018–2019 program (Cohort 5), and becoming an official member in 2021. She also serves as a Coach Developer at the NSSU Centre for Coaching Excellence, supporting the development of NSSU coaches and student leaders. In addition, she contributed to a Japanese government-funded project for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games as a research fellow, supporting the development of Para athletes and Para coaches, and National Paralympic Committees members from 43 developing countries and regions. Her research focuses on Para Coaches development and Coach development pathways, particularly in developing countries.
矢崎シャーリー夏は、ブラジル出身で、サンパウロ州立大学（São Paulo State University）体育学科を卒業後、日本体育大学にてスポーツコーチングの修士号（M.Sc.）を取得した。現在、日本体育大学で助教を務めている。日本体育大学コーチデベロッパーアカデミー（NCDA）には2018年より関わり、2018–2019年プログラム（第5期）を修了し、2021年に正式メンバーとなった。また、日本体育大学コーチングエクセレンスセンターにおいて、大学のコーチ陣や学生リーダーの育成支援にも従事している。さらに、東京2020パラリンピック競技大会に向けた日本政府助成プロジェクトの特別研究員として、発展途上国におけるスポーツを通じた支援活動に従事し、43の国と地域のパラ選手、パラコーチ、国内パラリンピック委員会メンバーの支援を行った。現在は、発展途上国におけるパラコーチ育成およびコーチ育成パスウェイに関する研究に取り組んでいる。
Support Staff, John Alder（サポートスタッフ、ジョン・オルダー）
Based in the UK, John Alder is the Head of Performance Pathways at UK Sport / English Institute of Sport (EIS), leading a team of talented practitioners tasked with supporting the development of people, pathways, and systems to enhance the transition of athletes from talented juniors to world class international performers. A consultant trainer for the ICCE and friend of Nittaidai since 2012, John has been involved with NCDA since its inception in 2014 supporting Dr Masamitsu Ito and the NCDA team in the delivery of the academy. As a lifelong coach, John’s interest lies in the human side of coaching and performance, and how best we can support leaders and coaches to become leaders worth following, who create work worth doing, and cultures and organisations worth being part of. ジョン・オルダーは、英国に本拠を置き、英国スポーツ協会／イングランドスポーツ研究所（EIS）でパフォーマンスパスウェイ長を務めている。そのなかでは、資質を秘めたジュニア世代のアスリートを世界で活躍できる国際パフォーマーへと育てるための人材開発、パスウェイやシステムをサポートする役割を担う優れた実務家たちのチームを率いている。ICCE（国際コーチングエクセレンス評議会）のコンサルタントトレーナーを務め、2012年から日本体育大学の「よき友」として活動を共にしてきている。NCDA（日本体育大学コーチデベロッパーアカデミー）が2014年に設立されたときから、伊藤雅充教授およびそのチームをサポートして、NCDAの運営に携わってきた。生涯に渡るコーチとして、コーチングやパフォーマンスの人間的な側面に関心を持ち、さらにリーダーやコーチたちが、行うに値することを作り出し、一翼を担うに値する文化や組織を築くことができるような、ついていくに値するような存在になること支援するために自分たちにできる最良のことは何であるかを探求している。
